Prices shown are guideline prices for a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom sea view apartment per week (7 nights). Maximum 6 guests.
For actual prices including details of special offers and discounts and for stays less than 7 nights please contact us using the enquiry form.
We accept payment by bank transfer or paypal and payments can be made in up to 3 instalments.

Apartment Guidelines
Check in time 15:00. Other times by agreement. Meet and greet service provided
Check out time 10:00 - 11:00. Other times by agreement.

Minimum age of primary renter 21
Hen parties and stag parties are not permitted
Pets not permitted
Smoking not permitted inside
All linen and bathroom towels are provided. A mid stay clean and clean linen will be provided for stays longer than 1 week.
A refundable damage deposit of €300 will be requested on booking.
The apartment is accessible by stairs and lift
Transport Information
Flights are readily available to Malaga airport all year round.
The easiest way to travel to the apartment is by taxi or rental car (approx 30 minutes). Take the A7 towards Marbella/Cadiz and take the Elviria Turn off.
Taxi's can easily be picked up from the airport or we can provide details for private transfers. We can also recommend car hire companies that provide an excellent service.
Taxi's to Marbella and Puerto Banus can be caught locally.
The apartment has a dedicated covered secure parking space.
